Jeffery opened the letter that was handed to him, reading for a moment, then closing it as he looked back at Kayden. "Are you feeling alright, Kayden?  You're looking a bit pale. He noticed as he knew he worked his servants hard, her most of all, as she needed the most work it always seemed.

She was rather surprised that he was even asking as she was standing there thinking about it.  Feeling like it was a trap as she nodded her head after a moment. ||Kayden||- I'm fine, thank you sir. She said as she stood there playing with her fingers a bit, waiting for him to dismiss her.

He grinned as he was looking at her, he walked over to her.  He put his hand under her chin bringing her face up to his. "Look at me, Kayden" He grinned, as she did as she was told after a moment, even though she was scared to do it.  Do you know what the note said?  She shook her head, as she hadn't opened it. "It says that you lied to me." She shook her head as she was thinking about it. "You lied about who you are, pretending to be a lowly servant all this time.  When you're a princess." He said as he looked at her, she looked surprised when he said that, as she didn't seem to know anything about it.  Though it did explain her very delicate features.  She was very beautiful.

Yeah, that didn't seem right at all as she looked at him thinking about it.  She saw how he was looking at her as it made her uneasy, not sure what to think or make of it all.  Was he messing with her, or did the note really say that? ||Kayden||- I'm not a princess sire, I'm just a servant. I've been here since I was young. She wasn't lying she had been found wandering around as a young girl, no more than four years old.  The cook had taken her in and raised her, which is how Kayden ended up as a maid here, keeping the house clean.

He looked at her knowing the truth now.  She looked identical to the queen, and one of the servants at the castle had noticed her, and looked into it.   "They want me to send you to them.  I don't think I will though.  At least not yet." He smiled as he was thinking about it.  If he married her he would be rich, and next in line for throne.  This would be perfect. "I don't think I could bare to be with out you, Kayden.  You have become near and dear to my heart." He said as he looked at her smiling.

She looked at him when he said that as she was getting more nervous now... Not just by his words but getting sent away.  Cook had been her father as far as she was concerned and though as cruel as Jeffery could be to her at times, it was really all she knew. ||Kayden||- I have...  She said not really believing that. ||Kayden||- I.. I don't want to leave, sir.  I want to stay here with all of you. She said honestly after a moment as he looked at her, a bit surprised, but it did help him, as it would make things a bit easier.

She wasn't use to dressing like this, these clothes were a lot nicer than what she had.. Then again she was only a servant. Kayden: It would be hard to do my duties always dressed this nice. She said simply as she looked at him, wondering why he had her change..

Kayden smiled at him as she was thinking about it.  She had no doubts he would be a good husband, he was always really good to her, and he cared a lot about her. Kayden  I will be a good wife. She said as she would do all her duties, which she pretty much did now, so the only big change for her , was going to be her name change and title change, but she didn't mind that, knowing how much she loved him.

Just outside the Grangers were still out to take over and dethrone the sweets from there immortal thrones... Hannah was one of the young ones running she heard David and Kyle behind her, as she was hiding a bit.. Hope had told her to wait it out as long as she could, but she was coming for her...When they hard her cornered she looked at them. Hannah: Stay back.. She said as they were grinning holding the dagger that had hurt so many of her family, and made a few mortal... She heard Hope say something to her as she looked at David. Hannah: Hope says if you touch me, she kills your daughter.. That made him stop as Hannah was scared and was wanting to just go home. Hannah: She says for you both to just leave now, and she will bring the girl to you herself.

As scared as she was, she didn't like seeing kids hurt.  She had heard what Hope was doing to a couple of Granger girls and wanted to help them.  Even though she knew the risk, she felt she was safe enough if she was careful.  She was quiet as she snuck the girls out. Charity: This is as far as I can go.. She said as she was already a lot further from the protection of the castle, she had never been away from there until now... She looked at them. Charity: Your father should be just a bit away, if you call for him he should hear you. She said scared to be out as she was looking around, she knew everyone was out fighting, but she couldn't fight, she didnt' have a violent bone in her body....

She was shocked when he kissed her like that, not expecting it... She stood there and watched him leave with the girls as she then snuck back inside.  She was glad when she got back to the safety of her room as she thought about what was going on, wishing it wasn't so bad, not knowing why anyone would want to harm them... okay maybe Hope she got , but the rest of her sisters were nice.

While David was keeping Hope occupied, Lucas got Charity. He took her to the meeting place were Hope wouldn't find her. As soon as he got the message from Lucas, he grinned. "It was nice talking to you again, Hope. I'll be seeing you around."

She was scared as she was trying to move away from Lucas, afraid of being so far away from the palace and from her sisters as she struggled a bit. Charity: Please take me back... I didn't mean any harm.  I was only trying to help them. She said figuring this was about the girls, but she had set the free but was worried they were upset with her, thinking she may have beent he ones to kidnap them.

David showed up and smiled softly. "Hi, Charity. Someone would like to see you." He smiled when Hannah came into the room and hugged her aunt.

She was shocked but pleased when she saw Hannah, as she hugged her, calming her down a bit with a healing touch seeing she was a bit worked up and scared herself,  She held her as she looked at David and Lucas, wondering what was going to happen.

David looked at Charity hoping that once he explained things, she would be willing to help. "They are mated, Charity. But staying here it is dangerous for them. I need your help getting them to somewhere safe."

She frowned when he said that as she didn't like that as she looked at Kyle then at Hannah a moment. Charity: Mated? She said as she held Hannah to her. Charity: She is too young to have done a thing... Why would you let him do that? She said confused.
