Tera was walking around as she was greeting people, looking for travelers looking for a place to stay as she would let them know about the hotel that her boss, Nicole ran. Business there was good, but it didn't hurt to work on getting more people, but today wasn't really her day...This man, or well she thought he was a man not knowing what he was, or what was going on with the Grangers and Sweets...He was messing with her something bad... Stopping her from really talking to anyone, and pushing her around. She didn't know what his issue was with her, but he looked so angry at her...

Tera: Just leave me be, please.

She finally said after a moment as he was now standing blocking her way into the hotel, he was glaring something awful at her, and she was actually a bit scared , and just wanting to be safe in the hotel as she was trying to forget she had ever meant this mean stranger.

Maxwell didn't say a word. He kept moving to block her from getting to the hotel. He needed to let his brother do what he was doing before he let this woman back in there.  He started to push at her a bit, not speaking, but not letting her pass.  He was actually starting to enjoy this.

She didn't understand what his deal was, or why he was trying to block her way.  He didn't speak to her, just kept moving.  He was very large and he frightened her.  She then moved quickly and was able to run by him. She ran inside the hotel, glad to be away from him and in the hotel.

He ran after her and grabbed her by the waist pulling her back outside.

"Soon. You can go in soon."
He had to admit he like holding her more than he though.  She felt nice against him as he didn't let her go when she began to struggle in his arms.

She gasped when he rushed in and grabbed her trying to move but he was too strong.

She said not understanding what this was about.

She didn't even look back as she just ran off heading inside where she felt safe.  She saw Nicole there, who could see Tera was a bit worked up, as Nicole didn't tell Tera about Mitch, he was a good friend, and she helped him a bit back, and he came around now to check on his daughter... It kept Tera safe from the gods and monsters being she was human.

Tera: Alright. 

She said when Nicole told her to go rest a bit after the long day she had .

 Max stayed around the hotel. He was there to keep an eye on Nicole and her daughter. It also gave him a chance to have some fun with that girl, Tera, or whatever her name was. He was looking forward to that.

She went to her room as she closed her door, she sighed a bit thinking about the long day she had, it had been a really bad day, she was glad that it was over now.

She looked to the window and yelled out a bit, looking at him shocked he was even there.  She then went running for her door, wanting to get out of there, afraid.

She went back into her room, before he could do anymore ,  Nicole was there glaring at him, not liking he was scaring her.

Nicole: :Leave her alone, Max.  She's human, Mitch told you she was off limits to you.

She said as she was wanting to protect her.  She was holding Anna in her arms as she was looking at him, letting him know Mitch would be back, and what Mitch had been wanting and Tera was off limits to Max.

You can't go scaring humans like that so much, they are a lot more fragile than we are.

She pointed out as she looked at him.

I like this one, she's been with me since she was Anna's age, I don't want to lose her because you're bored.

She said as she had gotten attached to Tera who had been found wandering the streets just when she was a toddler.

Tera heard him as she saw the door open and him walk in.  Anna wiggled down and ran to Tera happily hugging her as Tera picked her up, hugging her as she looked over at Max, still weary and not trusting him.

She nodded as she looked at him thinking about it, as she thought very highly of Anna and was very close to her.  After a bit, she handed Anna back , seeing her yawning and looking tired so he could go and put her to bed.

He gave her time to fall asleep then went back to the hotel. He let himself in and quietly made his way to her room. He watched her sleep for a few minutes then placed a rose on her dresser before leaving the room.

Tera looked at him when he said that thinking about it as that scared her a bit.  She knew there was a lot of fighting and war going on all over right now, Nicole had been keeping her safe, as Tera was just human and couldn't defend herself against all of it.

Tera looked at him as she thought about it, she didn't want to be a burden, and seeing his loyalty was just to Nicole and Anna she didn't want to prevent him from looking after them and having something happen to Anna or Nicole.
